The founder of Headstart Youth Inc. has over 19 years of experience in working with youth from all walks of life. She currently serves in Law Enforcement, which is where the vision for Headstart was birthed.  It became clearer as she would cross paths with teens in distress, unfortunate situations, and those desiring a way to change their lives. For some it was too late, but for others it was clear with the right guidance they could embark on the right path. In November 2021, the program was launched with 6 young ladies. Throughout the year, the program has expanded and membership has grown.

Our Mission is to leave teens feeling empowered to conquer their goals, confident to face the future, and develop a better understanding of their worth. This is accomplished through one-on-one and group sessions. During our group sessions, the girls will hear from well vetted speakers from all walks of life with various areas of expertise. Sessions also include outings such as campus tours, retreats, skate nights and much more!
